Hi, I’m Lance.
I’m a licensed therapist and breathwork facilitator based in Sacramento, California. My work centers on helping clients integrate healing into their emotional, mental, and spiritual lives
I know what it’s like to move through life without having the language or tools to understand what’s happening inside. For a long time, everything felt reduced to two settings — fine or not fine — and I didn’t know how to make sense of the space in between. I eventually found various tools and techniques both in my academic and lived educations which supported a path towards meaning and wellness.
When you can name your inner experience and communicate it with honesty, everything shifts. Relationships deepen, self-respect grows, and life begins to feel more grounded and real.
The strategies and tools I teach now are the same ones that changed my own life. I’m passionate about guiding and teaching others about those same processes; helping clients move from confusion or numbness toward a sense of clarity, self-trust, and genuine connection with themselves and those around them.

I offer a grounded, confidential space to slow down and understand what’s happening inside. Together, we’ll explore your emotions and patterns, strengthen your communication, and develop the clarity and confidence you need to create deeper connections.
Breathwork Facilitation
Breathwork offers a powerful way to access emotion and insight through the body rather than the mind. In a safe, guided space, we use intentional breathing to release stored tension, move through blocks, and reconnect with parts of yourself.

Therapy builds emotional insight and communication skills. Breathwork allows the body to process and release what talking can’t always reach. Used together, they create a full-spectrum approach, integrating mind, body, and emotion for more lasting growth.

Medical Note: Breathwork involves periods of intensified breathing. Some people may need medical clearance if certain conditions are present, including cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, recent surgery, glaucoma, epilepsy, severe psychiatric conditions, or a history of stroke or aneurysm.

Individual counseling and therapy are 200 for a 50 minute session. Breathwork facilitation is 250 for the first session and 200 for returning breathers.
I also offer sliding scale pricing for those who are unable to afford my full fee.
